The George E. Booth Co., Inc. has a number of support services to aid our customers:

  • 24/7 response service – Our Customer Service Specialists and Sales Engineers are available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.  During non-business hours, which are times other than 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. EST Monday through Friday, your calls to 800-44-BOOTH will be sent to an “after hours” voice mail message.  You can leave a message for a return call the next business day, or you will be given our “Emergency Number”.  A call to this number will be returned within one hour.  Areas of help include getting product from our warehouse, or helping you with a valve or instrument.  We can connect you with a manufacturer for assistance as well.
  • Installation and setup services – Our experts can assist you with installation, initial setup, troubleshooting, training and calibration.  As these sophisticated products become more and more complex, we can help you to get the most out of your investment.
  • Assist you with scheduling repair or replacement during scheduled preventative maintenance or shutdown.
